In this post, we have rounded up the four of the WELL Building standard’s 10 categories that we are asked about most: Air, Water, Light and Mind.

Air

• PM2.5 ≤ 15 µg/m³
• PM10 ≤ 50 µg/m³
• VOC ≤ 500 µg/m³
• CO₂ ≤ 900 ppm

Water

Lead, copper, arsenic and nitrate levels in drinking water must stay below WHO/EPA thresholds.
